Zingspacecircle operates on an inquiry-based model. Submitting a form does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is only confirmed once our team has verified details, availability, and payment has been processed securely through our verified payment gateway via email invoice.
Due to the seasonal nature of flowers and market availability in Finland, we reserve the right to substitute blooms with those of equal or higher value. We will always maintain the overall aesthetic, color palette, and premium feel of your requested design.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Custom event or wedding florals have separate cancellation policies outlined in their specific contracts.
We provide delivery services within select regions of Finland. We are not responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is unavailable, or if an incorrect address is provided.
